Comprehensive rehabilitation of the rear and dividing façade, waterproofing of balconies and terraces. All the balcony fronts are reconstructed with R4 fiber mortar, a 100% acrylic coating is applied to the facades, the rehabilitation of balconies is carried out by demolishing the pavements, waterproofing and replacing the new pavement. Railings are painted and repaired. The reform of rear facades is carried out by means of vertical works.
